Cedarfield, is pleased to welcome Amy Chapman as the new Executive Director effective May 29, 2023.

Chapman brings two decades' worth of leadership experience in senior living, dedicating her career to improving residents' lives and fostering supportive, compassionate communities. She returns to Cedarfield after previously serving as Director of Wellness and Leisure, Administrator of Resident Services and Associate Executive Director.

Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Hermitage Richmond – another Pinnacle Living community – since 2019.  During her tenure at Hermitage Richmond, Chapman implemented creative programming, earning the community a strong reputation for resident care and community engagement.

Chapman expressed her enthusiasm saying, "I am excited to be welcomed back to Cedarfield and for the opportunity to lead and learn from the community. My goal is to build on the strong foundation that already exists and further elevate Cedarfield."

Rich Bottone, Vice President of Administrative Services for Pinnacle Living, will serve as Interim Executive Director of Hermitage Richmond while a search is conducted for a highly qualified candidate for the role.
