Lindsay Willey
A Williamsburg native with more than 16 years of experience in strategic sales and marketing, Lindsay Willey brings energy, vision, and a deeply rooted sense of community to her leadership at Pinnacle Living. She joined WindsorMeade in 2022 and has built a career focused on person-centered engagement across senior living, hospice, health systems, and patient advocacy. Lindsay is passionate about cultivating relationships and fostering connections, both within the organization and in the broader community. She is an active member of the Williamsburg Chamber Women’s Business Council and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Spanish from North Carolina State University. Lindsay lives in Williamsburg with her husband and son.
Tim Craig
Tim Craig brings more than three decades of experience in ministry to the WindsorMeade Williamsburg Board of Directors. Currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Virginia Beach United Methodist Church, he has led congregations across Virginia, including in Arlington, Richmond, and Mechanicsville. Prior to his calling to ministry, Tim worked as a high school algebra teacher and an account executive with ADP. He holds a certificate from the Reynolds Program for Church Leadership and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Spiritual Direction. Tim and his wife, Ann, have been married for 36 years and enjoy spending time with their four children and growing number of grandchildren.
Jane Wilson
Jane Wilson brings a dynamic blend of corporate leadership and community advocacy to the Pinnacle Living Board of Directors. Her career at Macy’s spanned 35 years, culminating in executive roles in merchandise presentation and store planning. Following her corporate tenure, she led community outreach programs in Fairfax County through FACETS and later at Burke United Methodist Church, where she served as Director of Outreach. Jane remains active in her faith community as a lay leader, Sunday school teacher, and delegate to the United Methodist Church’s Annual Conference. She continues her commitment to education as a substitute teacher in Title 1 schools.
Tye Campbell
Tye Campbell is a seasoned professional engineer with more than 40 years of experience in architecture and engineering. He began his career in structural and civil engineering, contributing to a wide array of projects including senior living, healthcare, educational, and industrial facilities. Tye served for over a decade as President and CEO of SFCS Architects, a nationally recognized firm specializing in life plan communities and veterans care. Under his leadership, the firm expanded its footprint and deepened its expertise in senior living design. Though now retired from SFCS, Tye continues to offer valuable insight through his service on the Pinnacle Living Board of Directors and consulting work.
Judy Diggs
Judy Diggs is a member of Asbury UMC in Christiansburg, VA, where she serves as Church Council chairperson and participates in United Women in Faith, an adult Sunday school class, the choir, and the Wolfpack ministry, which provides food bags to the county’s alternative school. She has served on the Common Table for the Roanoke District, participated in the 5 Talent Academy, the Commission on Disabilities, and the Bishop’s Call to Action Task Force, and currently serves on the Conference Committee on Religion and Race.
Judy holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University, an M.S. in Learning Disabilities, and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership. She worked in public education for 40 years, including 36 years in Montgomery County Public Schools, where she held roles such as lead speech therapist, Assistant Principal, and Director of Equity and Inclusion before retiring in June 2021. From 2022-2024, Judy worked with the Virginia Department of Education, managing a grant project to improve school climate and reduce juvenile justice referrals.
Judy is a life member of the Montgomery-Floyd-Radford City branch of the NAACP and has served on its Education Committee. She is also involved in the Dialogue on Race program and completed her term on the Montgomery Museum of Art and History's Board of Directors in December. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for New River Valley Community Services. Judy is married to Jason Diggs, and they have two adult children, Jason (Karlie) and Jalin, as well as three grandchildren, Aubree, Isaiah, and Elijah.
Jason Hetherington
Jason Hetherington is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with over three decades of industry experience. originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, he earned a BA in Psychology from Denison University. Since 1990, Jason has been a pivotal figure in the Richmond and Central Virginia real estate markets and currently represents CBRE. Priviously, he contributed significantly to Harrison & Bates for nearly three decades and gained valuable experience at Welton Street Investments, where he earned multiple securities licenses.
Jason specializes in the sale, leasing, and development of industrial real estate, with a strong focus on flex, logistics, distribution and multifamily investment sales. His diverse client portfolio includes Fortune 500 compaines, national and regional developers and emerging firms. His dedicated to maximizing client value through strategic investment and cost-effective occupancy solutions.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife, Debbie, as well as skiing, golfing and playing tennis. They are proud parents of two adult children who reside in Denver, Colorado and bellingham, Washington.
Natasha Christian
Natasha brings over 15 years of experience in senior living and is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of older adults each day. She holds a bachelor's degree in health services management, a master's in human resource management, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. In her personal time, she enjoys producing musicals and theatrical productions, drawing from her experience with touring shows across Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, and her favorite—Portugal. Her love for Portugal stems from its welcoming people, beautiful scenery, rich cuisine, and vibrant culture. Natasha is known for uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve shared goals, and she believes wholeheartedly that everyone deserves to age with dignity, compassion, and connection.
Shakerrie Allmond
Shakerrie joined the Pinnacle Living team at the end of July 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing quality and service to support residents and team members. With more than 11 years of experience in senior living and healthcare, she spent her first five years specializing in aging services before embarking on a journey to Zambia, where she lived for six years. While in Zambia, she contributed to healthcare technology projects and youth engagement programs across Africa. Shakerrie is a certified dementia specialist and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, holding degrees from James Madison University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, she enjoys reading, sewing, and cooking.
Shirley Cauffman
Shirley's extensive involvement in the United Methodist Church and her deep understanding of the relationship between Pinnacle Living and the church make her a valuable asset to our organization. With her long-standing membership in the United Methodist Church and active participation across the Virginia Conference, Shirley brings invaluable insights and connections to our community. Her ability to navigate church settings and effectively communicate church decisions to our Board enhances our collaboration and ensures alignment with the values and priorities of the church. Her dedication to fostering strong relationships between Pinnacle Living and the United Methodist Church strengthens our mission and enriches our community.
Temeika Ross
Temeika joined Pinnacle Living in June 2021 as the Director of Nursing at Cedarfield, where she played a pivotal role in obtaining Medicare certification. In September 2023, she transitioned to Vice President of Clinical Services, overseeing clinical operations and health services across all Pinnacle Living communities. With 11 years of experience serving seniors, Temeika is deeply committed to delivering quality care and services to Pinnacle Living residents.
Richard D. Bottone
Richard has been an integral part of our team since June 1995, serving in various roles that showcase his expertise and dedication, including an Executive Director, Vice President of Construction and Development, and Vice President of Mission Implementation. As the Vice President of Administrative Services, Richard brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his position. Richard holds a master's degree in human resource management and a bachelor's degree in business administration. Additionally, Richard is a licensed nursing home administrator and an aging services surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Philip Alsup
Philip joined the WindsorMeade Board in 2022. He and his wife, Virginia, became residents of WindsorMeade in 2012, immersing themselves in the community. Originally hailing from Michigan, Philip graduated from the University of Michigan and its law school before embarking on a career in the U.S. Air Force. During his time in the Air Force, Philip served in various locations across the U.S., the Pacific, and Europe, gaining invaluable experiences and perspectives. After his military service, he transitioned to roles within Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, specializing in procurement legal matters. Philip's diverse background and commitment to service make him a valuable addition to the WindsorMeade Board, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to benefit the community.
Lisa Williams
Lisa is a seasoned public finance partner at McGuireWoods, LLP, with over 21 years of experience specializing in tax-exempt bond financings. Her practice encompasses serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and bank counsel. Lisa has demonstrated expertise in facilitating capital financing for senior living communities nationwide, helping secure funds for vital capital projects. Lisa's dedication and proficiency have made her a trusted advisor in public finance.
Mark Collins
Mark joined Pinnacle Living in May 2010 and oversees all computer, network and telephone systems. Before joining Pinnacle Living, Mark worked as a managed services provider at CTS Integration. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as an associate degree in computer science, and numerous industry certifications from Microsoft and Cisco Networking.
Martha Stokes
Martha has been the Director of Church and Community Relations at Pinnacle Living since 2014, where she spearheads initiatives to strengthen ties between the organization and the Virginia United Methodist Conference. With a background spanning over 14 years in fostering inclusivity and lay leadership excellence at the Virginia Conference, Martha brings a wealth of experience to her role. She holds professional certification in Older Adult Ministries from The United Methodist Church and earned her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Social Work from Meredith College. Martha's dedication to enhancing community relationships aligns seamlessly with Pinnacle Living's mission.
Kevin Salminen
Kevin has been integral to Pinnacle Living since April 2005, overseeing accounting, finance and information technology operations. Before joining Pinnacle Living, he gained valuable experience working with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Richmond and a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in accounting and finance from Radford University. Additionally, Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant License, demonstrating his expertise in financial management.
Laura Jones
Laura Jones is Senior Vice President of Operations, Sales, and Marketing for Pinnacle Living, where she directs operations for our four Hermitage communities and leads sales and marketing strategy across all six communities. With more than 25 years of experience in senior living, she is known for uniting strategy, execution, and mission to advance organizational success. Laura began her career in research, developing a deep understanding of how operational excellence drives resident satisfaction and sustainable growth. She has since led system-wide initiatives that improved efficiency, strengthened occupancy, and enhanced market presence. At Pinnacle Living, Laura continues to champion innovation, cross-departmental collaboration, and the delivery of exceptional experiences for residents and families.
Kevin W. Bruny
Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to the Pinnacle Living Board. As the Learning and Performance Center Director and Chief Learning Officer for Chesterfield County Government in Chesterfield, Virginia, Kevin connects performance and talent development with the county's service delivery strategy. With 30 years of human resources experience, he deeply understands business and people, enabling organizations to realize their business objectives successfully. A lifelong Methodist, he holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a master's degree in adult education/human resource development from Virginia Commonwealth University. Kevin has held leadership roles at Reveille UMC and the Virginia UM Conference. He is an advisor for Gyrus Systems and holds memberships on The PACE Center Board, the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Alumni Council, and the VCU School of Education Alumni Council. He is also an adjunct associate professor in human resource management at the University of Richmond's School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Previously, Kevin served as President of the Alumni Association and a Trustee for West Virginia Wesleyan College, showcasing his commitment to education and community involvement.
Lisa Han
Lisa Han is the co-founder, president, and Chief of Innovation for Insight Therapeutics, LLC. She has expertise in geriatric health issues and long-term care, working as an investigator, project manager and consultant for numerous studies. Her interests include chronic diseases related to aging, disease prevention, healthcare economics and care transitions. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration focusing on finance from Old Dominion University and a master's degree in public health from Eastern Virginia Medical School/Old Dominion University, emphasizing epidemiological methods.
James Stovall
Joining Pinnacle Living in 2019, James holds a BBA from Radford University and has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2010. With a successful track record of operating skilled nursing facilities and launching a standalone memory support community, he is committed to cultivating tight-knit team culture and engaging resident experiences. As the Executive Director of Hermitage Roanoke, James instilled a renewed emphasis on regulatory compliance while ensuring resident-centered decision-making. Now at Hermitage Richmond, he looks to further Pinnacle’s mission of enriching life’s journey. James currently serves on the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Commission and is a longtime Walk to End Alzheimer’s Committee member. In his personal life, he enjoys a shared love of music with his wife and spending time with his three children.
Kelly Black
Kelly joined the Pinnacle Living team in 2022. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administration and holds a master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, she helps coordinate, implement and oversee strategic initiatives for Pinnacle Living. She has eight years of experience serving older adults in a variety of capacities, including as a caregiver and an aging services researcher. She enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking and gardening.
Frances Nichols
Frances has been an invaluable member of the Pinnacle Living team since March 2011. She provides comprehensive administrative support to the President and CEO, collaborates closely with the Pinnacle Leadership team, and serves as the recording secretary for the Boards of Directors of Pinnacle Living and WindsorMeade Williamsburg. With a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University, Frances brings a solid educational background to her position. Outside of work, she resides in Mathews, Virginia, with her husband, John, and enjoys indulging in her passions for gardening, cooking and outdoor activities during her free time.
Hank Coleman
Hank is the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Truist Bank in Richmond, Virginia. With over 20 years of experience in the Metro Richmond banking market, he has a diverse client base, including in the commercial and industrial sectors, institutional and government/public finance, nonprofit organizations, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Hank’s extensive banking knowledge, fiscal acumen, and economic development experience enable him to provide tailored solutions for his clients’ specific needs. Hank graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VA Tech) in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in financial management. During his senior year, he served as the team captain of the VA Tech football team. He resides in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife, Cynthia, and their two sons, Henry III and Leland Isaac.
F. Ellen Netting
Ms. Netting is a Professor Emerita from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Social Work and has been a member of the Pinnacle Living Board since 2017. With extensive practice experience as a gerontological social worker in East Tennessee, she directed an office on aging, pioneered a community-based foster grandparent program, and played a pivotal role as coordinator of evaluation, training, and technical assistance for a 16-county Area Agency on Aging. After completing her Ph.D. at the University of Chicago, Ms. Netting taught macro social work practice at Arizona State University for ten years before dedicating 19 years to teaching at VCU until her retirement in 2011. Her contributions span various topics, including the meaning of church affiliation, oversight and regulation for continuing care retirement communities, and geriatric case management. Ms. Netting continues her academic involvement as an associate editor of Reflections: Narratives of Professional Helping. She remains active on multiple boards and councils, advocating for the planning and development of gerontological and long-term care services, showcasing her enduring commitment to the field.

Steven R. Jones
Dr. Jones brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Pinnacle Living Board of Directors, where he has served since 2017. As a retired United Methodist clergy member with 40 years of dedicated service as a pastor and district superintendent, he brings a deep understanding of community needs and a commitment to service. In addition to his role on the Pinnacle Living Board, Dr. Jones has been a member of the Board of Managers of the Virginia United Methodist Development Co. since 2016. He has also contributed his financial acumen as a past member of the United Methodist denominational Council on Finance and Administration. Beyond his religious and financial roles, Dr. Jones has been involved in community service, previously serving as the Bike Service Advisor for REI, Inc., and volunteering with the IRS VITA program.
Dan Nimon
Dan joined Pinnacle Living in May 2018 and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in October 2021. With over 35 years of experience in healthcare operations and senior living leadership, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Dan oversees all day-to-day operations of senior living communities and provides corporate support for sales and marketing, clinical services, and administration. He ensures that each community maintains the highest standards of support and operational efficiency
Dan is a graduate of New Hampshire College and holds current Virginia nursing home administrator and preceptor licenses. Dan resides on the south side of Richmond with his wife of 30 years, Melanie. They have two grown children, and when not working, Dan enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Chris Henderson
Chris is originally from Western Pennsylvania. He is a 1989 graduate of Slippery Rock University, with a bachelor's degree in public administration. Chris began working at Hermitage Northern Virginia in the spring of 1992 and became the Administrator of Hermitage Northern Virginia on January 1, 1994. In the spring of 1997, he became the Executive Director of Cedarfield. In July 2003, Virginia United Methodist Homes, Inc, now Pinnacle Living made the decision to merge the operations of Hermitage Richmond and Cedarfield. At this time, Chris became the Executive Director of both Richmond communities. On July 1, 2005, Chris became President/CEO of Pinnacle Living. Since assuming this role, Pinnacle Living has successfully developed and opened one Life Plan Community in Williamsburg, Virginia, undertaken major repositioning renovations at Cedarfield, acquired two assisted living communities, and the organization works continuously to update and maintain their two other continuing care communities.

Amy Chapman
Amy is a seasoned leader in the senior living industry, with over three decades of experience dedicated to enhancing residents' lives and cultivating compassionate communities. Since joining Pinnacle Living in 2003, she has held various roles, including Director of Wellness and Leisure at Cedarfield, Administrator of Resident Services, and Associate Executive Director. Most recently, Amy served as the Executive Director of Hermitage Richmond, another esteemed Pinnacle Living community. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown children. Amy's passions reflect her nurturing spirit and commitment to enriching lives, whether walking her two German Shorthaired Pointers, cheering on her favorite sports teams, indulging in pottery or tending to her garden.
Michael Davis
Michael is an experienced healthcare administrator and educator with a strong background in long-term care leadership. He holds a Doctorate of Health Science, with published research focused on improving quality outcomes in long-term care through innovative approaches like music therapy. Outside of his professional work, Michael values family, faith, and making a positive impact in the lives of others. Lastly, Michael considers his greatest role to be that of a father. Together with his wife, he is raising two daughters and a son who remind him daily of the power of care and connection.
Charles W. Wickham
Charles joined the Pinnacle Living team in August 2017 after retiring as a Virginia Conference United Methodist Clergy. As Director of Donor Development and Retired Clergy Housing Corporation, Charles brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to service. During his active clergy years, he served on the Board of Directors for the Virginia United Methodist Homes, Inc. Charles was excited to join the leadership team, where his background as a clergy member has proven invaluable. His training and dedication to serving others continue to make a positive impact in his role.
Doug Fleegle
Doug has served in multiple roles throughout his senior living career. Most recently, he served as executive director for Lifespace Communities in Chicago and HumanGood Communities in Las Vegas. Prior to that, Doug spent over twelve years as President and CEO of United Church Homes and Services, a multi-site senior living organization with headquarters in North Carolina. Doug obtained his undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and his Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from St. Francis University. Doug is a licensed nursing home administrator in several states, including Virginia.

Frances Nichols
Frances has been an invaluable member of the Pinnacle Living team since March 2011. She provides comprehensive administrative support to the President and CEO, collaborates closely with the Pinnacle Leadership team, and serves as the recording secretary for the Boards of Directors of Pinnacle Living and WindsorMeade Williamsburg. With a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University, Frances brings a solid educational background to her position. Outside of work, she resides in Mathews, Virginia, with her husband, John, and enjoys indulging in her passions for gardening, cooking and outdoor activities during her free time.
Shakerrie Allmond
Shakerrie joined the Pinnacle Living team at the end of July 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to enhancing quality and service to support residents and team members. With more than 11 years of experience in senior living and healthcare, she spent her first five years specializing in aging services before embarking on a journey to Zambia, where she lived for six years. While in Zambia, she contributed to healthcare technology projects and youth engagement programs across Africa. Shakerrie is a certified dementia specialist and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, holding degrees from James Madison University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In her free time, she enjoys reading, sewing, and cooking.
Amy Chapman
Amy is a seasoned leader in the senior living industry, with over three decades of experience dedicated to enhancing residents' lives and cultivating compassionate communities. Since joining Pinnacle Living in 2003, she has held various roles, including Director of Wellness and Leisure at Cedarfield, Administrator of Resident Services, and Associate Executive Director. Most recently, Amy served as the Executive Director of Hermitage Richmond, another esteemed Pinnacle Living community. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown children. Amy's passions reflect her nurturing spirit and commitment to enriching lives, whether walking her two German Shorthaired Pointers, cheering on her favorite sports teams, indulging in pottery or tending to her garden.
Natasha Christian
Natasha brings over 15 years of experience in senior living and is deeply committed to enhancing the lives of older adults each day. She holds a bachelor's degree in health services management, a master's in human resource management, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. In her personal time, she enjoys producing musicals and theatrical productions, drawing from her experience with touring shows across Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, and her favorite—Portugal. Her love for Portugal stems from its welcoming people, beautiful scenery, rich cuisine, and vibrant culture. Natasha is known for uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve shared goals, and she believes wholeheartedly that everyone deserves to age with dignity, compassion, and connection.
Michael Davis
Michael is an experienced healthcare administrator and educator with a strong background in long-term care leadership. He holds a Doctorate of Health Science, with published research focused on improving quality outcomes in long-term care through innovative approaches like music therapy. Outside of his professional work, Michael values family, faith, and making a positive impact in the lives of others. Lastly, Michael considers his greatest role to be that of a father. Together with his wife, he is raising two daughters and a son who remind him daily of the power of care and connection.
Doug Fleegle
Doug has served in multiple roles throughout his senior living career. Most recently, he served as executive director for Lifespace Communities in Chicago and HumanGood Communities in Las Vegas. Prior to that, Doug spent over twelve years as President and CEO of United Church Homes and Services, a multi-site senior living organization with headquarters in North Carolina. Doug obtained his undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and his Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from St. Francis University. Doug is a licensed nursing home administrator in several states, including Virginia.
James Stovall
Joining Pinnacle Living in 2019, James holds a BBA from Radford University and has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2010. With a successful track record of operating skilled nursing facilities and launching a standalone memory support community, he is committed to cultivating tight-knit team culture and engaging resident experiences. As the Executive Director of Hermitage Roanoke, James instilled a renewed emphasis on regulatory compliance while ensuring resident-centered decision-making. Now at Hermitage Richmond, he looks to further Pinnacle’s mission of enriching life’s journey. James currently serves on the Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Commission and is a longtime Walk to End Alzheimer’s Committee member. In his personal life, he enjoys a shared love of music with his wife and spending time with his three children.
Kevin W. Bruny
Kevin brings a wealth of expertise to the Pinnacle Living Board. As the Learning and Performance Center Director and Chief Learning Officer for Chesterfield County Government in Chesterfield, Virginia, Kevin connects performance and talent development with the county's service delivery strategy. With 30 years of human resources experience, he deeply understands business and people, enabling organizations to realize their business objectives successfully. A lifelong Methodist, he holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a master's degree in adult education/human resource development from Virginia Commonwealth University. Kevin has held leadership roles at Reveille UMC and the Virginia UM Conference. He is an advisor for Gyrus Systems and holds memberships on The PACE Center Board, the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Alumni Council, and the VCU School of Education Alumni Council. He is also an adjunct associate professor in human resource management at the University of Richmond's School of Professional and Continuing Studies. Previously, Kevin served as President of the Alumni Association and a Trustee for West Virginia Wesleyan College, showcasing his commitment to education and community involvement.
Shirley Cauffman
Shirley's extensive involvement in the United Methodist Church and her deep understanding of the relationship between Pinnacle Living and the church make her a valuable asset to our organization. With her long-standing membership in the United Methodist Church and active participation across the Virginia Conference, Shirley brings invaluable insights and connections to our community. Her ability to navigate church settings and effectively communicate church decisions to our Board enhances our collaboration and ensures alignment with the values and priorities of the church. Her dedication to fostering strong relationships between Pinnacle Living and the United Methodist Church strengthens our mission and enriches our community.
Hank Coleman
Hank is the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Truist Bank in Richmond, Virginia. With over 20 years of experience in the Metro Richmond banking market, he has a diverse client base, including in the commercial and industrial sectors, institutional and government/public finance, nonprofit organizations, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Hank’s extensive banking knowledge, fiscal acumen, and economic development experience enable him to provide tailored solutions for his clients’ specific needs. Hank graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VA Tech) in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in financial management. During his senior year, he served as the team captain of the VA Tech football team. He resides in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife, Cynthia, and their two sons, Henry III and Leland Isaac.

Steven R. Jones
Dr. Jones brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Pinnacle Living Board of Directors, where he has served since 2017. As a retired United Methodist clergy member with 40 years of dedicated service as a pastor and district superintendent, he brings a deep understanding of community needs and a commitment to service. In addition to his role on the Pinnacle Living Board, Dr. Jones has been a member of the Board of Managers of the Virginia United Methodist Development Co. since 2016. He has also contributed his financial acumen as a past member of the United Methodist denominational Council on Finance and Administration. Beyond his religious and financial roles, Dr. Jones has been involved in community service, previously serving as the Bike Service Advisor for REI, Inc., and volunteering with the IRS VITA program.
F. Ellen Netting
Ms. Netting is a Professor Emerita from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Social Work and has been a member of the Pinnacle Living Board since 2017. With extensive practice experience as a gerontological social worker in East Tennessee, she directed an office on aging, pioneered a community-based foster grandparent program, and played a pivotal role as coordinator of evaluation, training, and technical assistance for a 16-county Area Agency on Aging. After completing her Ph.D. at the University of Chicago, Ms. Netting taught macro social work practice at Arizona State University for ten years before dedicating 19 years to teaching at VCU until her retirement in 2011. Her contributions span various topics, including the meaning of church affiliation, oversight and regulation for continuing care retirement communities, and geriatric case management. Ms. Netting continues her academic involvement as an associate editor of Reflections: Narratives of Professional Helping. She remains active on multiple boards and councils, advocating for the planning and development of gerontological and long-term care services, showcasing her enduring commitment to the field.
Tye Campbell
Tye Campbell is a seasoned professional engineer with more than 40 years of experience in architecture and engineering. He began his career in structural and civil engineering, contributing to a wide array of projects including senior living, healthcare, educational, and industrial facilities. Tye served for over a decade as President and CEO of SFCS Architects, a nationally recognized firm specializing in life plan communities and veterans care. Under his leadership, the firm expanded its footprint and deepened its expertise in senior living design. Though now retired from SFCS, Tye continues to offer valuable insight through his service on the Pinnacle Living Board of Directors and consulting work.
Judy Diggs
Judy Diggs is a member of Asbury UMC in Christiansburg, VA, where she serves as Church Council chairperson and participates in United Women in Faith, an adult Sunday school class, the choir, and the Wolfpack ministry, which provides food bags to the county’s alternative school. She has served on the Common Table for the Roanoke District, participated in the 5 Talent Academy, the Commission on Disabilities, and the Bishop’s Call to Action Task Force, and currently serves on the Conference Committee on Religion and Race.
Judy holds a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Radford University, an M.S. in Learning Disabilities, and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership. She worked in public education for 40 years, including 36 years in Montgomery County Public Schools, where she held roles such as lead speech therapist, Assistant Principal, and Director of Equity and Inclusion before retiring in June 2021. From 2022-2024, Judy worked with the Virginia Department of Education, managing a grant project to improve school climate and reduce juvenile justice referrals.
Judy is a life member of the Montgomery-Floyd-Radford City branch of the NAACP and has served on its Education Committee. She is also involved in the Dialogue on Race program and completed her term on the Montgomery Museum of Art and History's Board of Directors in December. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for New River Valley Community Services. Judy is married to Jason Diggs, and they have two adult children, Jason (Karlie) and Jalin, as well as three grandchildren, Aubree, Isaiah, and Elijah.
Jason Hetherington
Jason Hetherington is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with over three decades of industry experience. originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, he earned a BA in Psychology from Denison University. Since 1990, Jason has been a pivotal figure in the Richmond and Central Virginia real estate markets and currently represents CBRE. Priviously, he contributed significantly to Harrison & Bates for nearly three decades and gained valuable experience at Welton Street Investments, where he earned multiple securities licenses.
Jason specializes in the sale, leasing, and development of industrial real estate, with a strong focus on flex, logistics, distribution and multifamily investment sales. His diverse client portfolio includes Fortune 500 compaines, national and regional developers and emerging firms. His dedicated to maximizing client value through strategic investment and cost-effective occupancy solutions.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife, Debbie, as well as skiing, golfing and playing tennis. They are proud parents of two adult children who reside in Denver, Colorado and bellingham, Washington.
Lisa Williams
Lisa is a seasoned public finance partner at McGuireWoods, LLP, with over 21 years of experience specializing in tax-exempt bond financings. Her practice encompasses serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and bank counsel. Lisa has demonstrated expertise in facilitating capital financing for senior living communities nationwide, helping secure funds for vital capital projects. Lisa's dedication and proficiency have made her a trusted advisor in public finance.
Jane Wilson
Jane Wilson brings a dynamic blend of corporate leadership and community advocacy to the Pinnacle Living Board of Directors. Her career at Macy’s spanned 35 years, culminating in executive roles in merchandise presentation and store planning. Following her corporate tenure, she led community outreach programs in Fairfax County through FACETS and later at Burke United Methodist Church, where she served as Director of Outreach. Jane remains active in her faith community as a lay leader, Sunday school teacher, and delegate to the United Methodist Church’s Annual Conference. She continues her commitment to education as a substitute teacher in Title 1 schools.

Chris is originally from Western Pennsylvania. He is a 1989 graduate of Slippery Rock University, with a bachelor's degree in public administration. Chris began working at Hermitage Northern Virginia in the spring of 1992 and became the Administrator of Hermitage Northern Virginia on January 1, 1994. In the spring of 1997, he became the Executive Director of Cedarfield. In July 2003, Virginia United Methodist Homes, Inc, now Pinnacle Living made the decision to merge the operations of Hermitage Richmond and Cedarfield. At this time, Chris became the Executive Director of both Richmond communities. On July 1, 2005, Chris became President/CEO of Pinnacle Living. Since assuming this role, Pinnacle Living has successfully developed and opened one Life Plan Community in Williamsburg, Virginia, undertaken major repositioning renovations at Cedarfield, acquired two assisted living communities, and the organization works continuously to update and maintain their two other continuing care communities.
Lisa Han
Lisa Han is the co-founder, president, and Chief of Innovation for Insight Therapeutics, LLC. She has expertise in geriatric health issues and long-term care, working as an investigator, project manager and consultant for numerous studies. Her interests include chronic diseases related to aging, disease prevention, healthcare economics and care transitions. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration focusing on finance from Old Dominion University and a master's degree in public health from Eastern Virginia Medical School/Old Dominion University, emphasizing epidemiological methods.
Philip Alsup
Philip joined the WindsorMeade Board in 2022. He and his wife, Virginia, became residents of WindsorMeade in 2012, immersing themselves in the community. Originally hailing from Michigan, Philip graduated from the University of Michigan and its law school before embarking on a career in the U.S. Air Force. During his time in the Air Force, Philip served in various locations across the U.S., the Pacific, and Europe, gaining invaluable experiences and perspectives. After his military service, he transitioned to roles within Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, specializing in procurement legal matters. Philip's diverse background and commitment to service make him a valuable addition to the WindsorMeade Board, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to benefit the community.
Tim Craig
Tim Craig brings more than three decades of experience in ministry to the WindsorMeade Williamsburg Board of Directors. Currently serving as the Lead Pastor at Virginia Beach United Methodist Church, he has led congregations across Virginia, including in Arlington, Richmond, and Mechanicsville. Prior to his calling to ministry, Tim worked as a high school algebra teacher and an account executive with ADP. He holds a certificate from the Reynolds Program for Church Leadership and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Spiritual Direction. Tim and his wife, Ann, have been married for 36 years and enjoy spending time with their four children and growing number of grandchildren.
