Pinnacle Living is pleased to announce Andrea M. Staskiel has been selected to lead WindsorMeade Williamsburg as the community’s Executive Director. Located within The Historic Triangle, and just minutes from historic Williamsburg, VA, WindsorMeade is Williamsburg’s only Life Plan Community with a 5-star rating across all three quality measures of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Staskiel comes to WindsorMeade with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from The College of William & Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business. She has provided executive leadership at Warwick Forest in Newport News, VA as Executive Director and Director of Marketing. Staskiel is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Senior Advisor, and a member of the board of directors for LeadingAge Virginia. Her involvement with the greater community includes service since 2015 on the School Board for the New Kent County Public Schools, where she is currently appointed as Chair of the Board for 2021.
“Andrea possesses knowledge, skills, and experience in the field of senior living which will continue to move WindsorMeade forward as a premier Life Plan Community. She is outgoing, engaging, and is respected in the greater community. We are thrilled she is joining the WindsorMeade team,” said Pinnacle Living President and CEO Chris Henderson.
Staskiel will manage all aspects of WindsorMeade including oversight of the continuum of services for 305 residents and daily operations involving 157 team members. We expect Andrea to join our team this November.
Andrea stated, “My passions are connecting, serving, and making a positive impact. I believe that life has meaning because of the relationships we forge, and I look forward to building new friendships with the WindsorMeade residents and team. I believe the greatest honor I have is serving others, which will mean giving of my time and energy. Finally, I believe there is always a way to build on the past in a way that creates an even more exciting future. WindsorMeade will get everything I have to give, and I’m sure, give me so much more in return.”
